(dpa files) - A file picture shows actor Telly Savalas, a.k.a. 'Kojak', in the United States, 19 February 1975. His youngest daughter, Ariana Savalas, now 16, wants to start her music career as a singer on Lake Woerthersee, Austria, in August 2003. She chose the location because it used to the family's traditional summer holiday resort and it was here that she has the best memories of her childhood. Last year she drew the attention of German music producer Jack White at a karaoke contest in Austria. Her late father, Aristoteles 'Telly' Savalas, became a TV favorite in the 1970s when his role as Detective Theo Kojak in the TV movie 'The Marcus-Nelson Murders' was expanded into the 'Kojak' TV series, lasting from 1973-78.
